Air France Mystery

I can’t believe that they have not found this plane yet.  What has me so perplexed is that the plane has a satellite system that can send maintenance information from anywhere in the world but no one thought to append to those messages latitude/longitude numbers.

There are many areas where planes are off of radar.  A simple ping every few minutes (maybe they should use twitter) through the existing satellite system of latitude/longitude would prevent something like this ever happening again in the future.

The reason flying is so safe is because entities like the NTSB find the causes of crashes/accidents and proactively force fixes to prevent them from happening again in the future.  Until they find this plane I will not be flying on any Airbus A330’s. (I know that is stupid to say but hey I have the right to be irrational)
