This should be Verizon’s next marketing push

I never trash companies on this blog… but ATT’s mobile network is so bad that I do not think that I am pointing out anything negative, it is just fact.
On ATT’s network (specifically in CA, NY and every other place I seem to travel to…) it is hard to talk for more then 10-15 minutes without having the call fail. If you leave 3G turned then it turns your phone into Twitter for Voice, 140 characters get out and then the call cuts.
It might be that ATT has made me more efficient as I definitely use the voice side of the phone less at this point. The sad fact is that I stick with them because I just like the iPhone too much.
When your call fails you are entitled to a credit from ATT for the call. In my case I would bet that this credit would be equal to $5-10 per month.
So Verizon, make a few phone apps for ATT phones that will pull this dropped call data and automatically submit it to ATT for a refund.* ATT customers would use it, they could build loyalty with those customers and get them to switch when there contract is up or when Verizon can add a phone that I would want to use to their network.
*I know this will NEVER happen for many reasons but it would be funny and a incredible cash efficient way to go after ATT customers on Verizon’s part
