I am excited to see that Ebay in Belgium is taking advantage of empty store fronts in a creative way.  I have blogged about it a bit and every day I am more and more puzzled as to why landlords are not trying to do more creative things with their empty space. Creativity and entrepreneurship are not just for the tech world, land lords around the world could definitely make a big difference in their vacancy rates by putting a little creativity into how they monetize their space. via hiten via cyan1975
