When Fred did his Donors Choose fund raiser I gave a little for the cause.  I was pretty impressed when I received 2 hand written thank you notes from the receivers of my gift.  What a smart marketing tool.  It just reminded me how powerful and underutilized hand written notes are, I think that I am going to start incorporating them into my business.
