Carbonite Kicks Ass

My Apple hard drive blew up in August and my new Sony had the power go out on the mother board.  On the Apple I lost almost everything (I know, back your stuff up…) and on the Sony I did not loose the data but it was a real pain in the ass to get it.  I had to rip the laptop open, take the hard drive out and put it into a USB thing to put into my now new Dell laptop.  Well someone told me about Carbonite, www.carbonite.com.  I have now backed up all of my computer to the service.  It does everything online and works great.  Now while you might say online back up has been around for a while, that is true and I tried a bunch like x-drive and they sucked.  Carbonite is the first one that I have used that seems to just work.  Kudos to the developers as it is really a simple slick product.
