As a rule of thumb I never trash companies in this blog.  However I saw this and had to re-blog it, I find U-Haul to be almost unbearable.  I like the rental model for cars, trucks and tools.  There is a lot of profit in it and it is mostly controlled by old boring companies.  Zip car took the opportunity to innovate on car rentals, I bet there is a similar opening for someone to innovate in the truck rental business. jakoblodwick:  U-Haul in an unimaginably poorly run company.
