Vayama continues to impress me as the best travel site ever (specifically for international travel).
This trip through Asia that I am currently on was booked 100% using their service. One of the legs, Australia to Hong Kong I messed up the dates on it. So I ended up having to buy a ticket at the airport yesterday at the last minute.
Well I called Vayama customer service today and they were able to get me a refund minus some $200 fee. Which is great. I have never been able to get any refunds from tickets booked on Expedia or Orbitz. The customer service person was knowledgeable and capable.
Book all of your international travel using Vayama, they are just awesome!
