Received this card from Toyota in the mail today.  I am not sure if all car companies do this but the 2 cars I have, the Range Rover and the Prius they both have the same stupid after service survey.
What happens is you bring your car in for service.  After the service you get a letter and a call from the dealership asking you if everything was OK and if it was that when the car companies survey company calls you that you have to say “Excellent”, because if you say that it was OK then they will actually score lower.
What I hate about this is that the whole system is gamed and therefore is a waste of my time and the companies money.  What the car companies should be doing, if they are really so worried about service levels, is to call me and just ask was everything OK with my service.  If it was then I will simply say yes, if it ws not then they can take down the reason why.  Simple…
