When I met one of the investors in Tesla about a month ago we talked about why they did electricity and not some other type of alternative fuel like Hydrogen. Well this article that Marco has posted makes all of the arguments very clear, as did the guy from Tesla, basically Hydrogen needs to be taken out of the alternative fuel equation, it is just not practical.
This is an absolutely amazing article. It has inspired me to create some sort of “hall of fame” list for GMSTR.
Read it. Seriously. All about exactly why we’ll never have hydrogen cars.
The promise of a “hydrogen economy” is so ridiculous in so many ways that this is actually humorous in its dissection of every possible “but what if” angle.
