I got the best email from a customer today.  He saw that Klausner launched a lawsuit against Google, Verizon and some others on his visual voicemail patents.  Here is a quote from that customers email,

“I got the following article through one of my news feeds today, and I thought it would be particularly relevant to you. I’m sending this along because I love using PhoneTag and I don’t want to see it stop.

Looks like visual voicemail is being examined.”

We pro-actively settled with Klausner earlier this year so we are safe.

This made my week.  You can not buy customer loyalty like this it is something that your entire team has to work at building and this email shows that our efforts our working.
