I am working at least twice as hard…
First of all, let me say that in this economy I consider myself very fortunate. I carry no personal debt, my companies are either profitable or have adequate funding and low burn.
However in order to make the same amount of progress as in past years I find that I am working multiple times as hard. In January alone I have flown 50% more then in years past and probably have increased conference calls about the same amount.
But I am looking at this as positives. If I am able to maintain my current businesses and even grow a few new ones in this economy I will be very well positioned when things do turn and no mater how negative you precieve this economy, things will turn at some point.
Business has definitely slowed down but it has not disappeared…
